Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

We want you to absolutely love the products you've ordered from House of Muse! With that being said, we understand if an item doesn't work out. We ask that you take a few moments to review your order upon arrival to ensure it meets your satisfaction. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. If you've received an item that is broken or damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of your order delivery.

Refund Methods:
-Store Credit
-Original Payment Method for qualifying products (we no longer offer refunds to the original payment method on apparel purchases as of October 1st, 2022. Apparel returns are only eligible for exchanges, or store credit.)

Processing Returns:
-To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging.
-Products must be returned without any type of damage, deodorant stains (or stains of any kind), perfume, smoke smells, or pet hair.
-Apparel is only eligible for return if original tags are still attached. 
-Returns on apparel are only eligible for store credit. We no longer offer refunds to the original payment method on apparel as of October 1st, 2022. 
-Jewelry items MUST be returned in a small package and not an envelop of any kind. Our jewelry is tiny, and can easily fall out of an envelope and get lost.

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be eligible for a refund return or an exchange, and once in our possession will not be shipped back to you. 

If your item(s) meets the required criteria, please fill out the Return & Exchange form that came in your order. Please ship your item(s) along with the completed Return & Exchange form to the following address:

Customers are responsible for paying all shipping and handling charges for returns and exchanges. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing once your return has been marked delivered. 

We highly recommend keeping the tracking to your return, as we are not responsible for lost return packages. 

Items that are not eligible for returns and exchanges: 
-Any sale items, including but not limited to: Flash sale items, clearance items, sale/markdown items, collection sales, doorbusters
-Limited edition items
-Gift with purchase items 
-Earrings are final sale for sanitary purposes 
-Bodysuits are final sale for sanitary purposes 
-Items included in mystery or promo boxes (coming soon!)
-Items included in subscription boxes (coming soon!)

Damaged/Defective Items:
If you've received an item that is broken or damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of your order delivery. We're so sorry that this happened, and we want to make things right! Please email us at with your order number, and a description of the damaged item. Please also provide photos of your damaged item within the body of your email. It's important to note that we are unable to approve refunds without photographs or proof that the item is damaged. Once our team has confirmed that your item was damaged or defective, we will ship you a replacement free of charge. In some cases, we may ask that you ship the item back to us so that we can commutate the issue with our vendor or manufacturer. In this scenario, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label!
